In this episode, I cover exactly what the journey from 40% body fat all the way down to 10% body fat looks like, what you can expect to experience along the way, the benefits, the potential risks, and…

You can't really go and do certain things because you're too heavy and you're too fat.

energy is really low your confidence really and i'm not trying to paint a really morbid picture here i'm just being completely honest with really where you're at at this level of body fat and it's honestly a place where like health risks are going to become very very real if you're not already diabetic you're going to be at some point um you're going to have health disease liver oh there's all sorts of stuff really guys that i could cover in this position but i think as adults we know that 40 body fat is not a place that we should be wanting to be certainly not a place that we should want to be staying for a very long time So then we're going to move all the way down to 30% body fat, which I think for a lot of men is realistic for them to do by themselves because you don't really need to do a huge amount other than cut out a lot of the crap.

Like realistically, guys, like you're still carrying a lot of fat, but there's a noticeable improvement from 40%.

Jawline kind of might be merging a little bit more, but you're still not going to be in shape whatsoever.

Clothes could be feeling a little bit better, but your energy could be improving.

People can kind of maybe start to know issue a little bit more like oh you've lost a little bit of weight but you're still not really going to be in a particularly great position at this point you're certainly not going to be producing high amounts of testosterone you're not going to be able to participate in nutrients very well which means that you're not going to be able to utilize carbohydrates very well so essentially carbs are going to probably lead to you gaining more fat which doesn't happen when you're leaner and you'll need probably be in a position as well guys just be very insulin resistant and just generally again like probably have the kind of man boobs aromatizing pretty badly which is where we convert testosterone shrink to oestrogen just a lot of the things that as guys we don't really want like hormonally you're just not going to be sat in a very sound place so anyway we don't want to be 30 for too long we're certainly not going to be very confident and feeling too great now i think a lot of men sit on average around 27 body fat and might have got that wrong but i think that's pretty much the stat that a lot of guys on average sit at these days.

And this is why for maybe you watching this right now, the standard's set so low, guys.
