I was doing literally everything under the sun.

So I used to be like the side hustle guy back in 2018 when I started creating content.

At one point I had over 20 side hustles all at once.

And to be honest, that was too much.

I think I heard that quote, like the average millionaire has seven streams of income.

And I'm like, what if I have 20 streams of income? Become a millionaire so much faster.

So I was delivering Uber Eats on a bicycle.

I was building websites for people freelance.

I was editing podcasts.

I was editing videos.

I was managing newsletters for people.

Anything that I could do to trade my time for money, I was doing, whether it was physical or digital.

So that was kind of my experimentation phase, if you will, just trying a million different side hustles.

And then a couple of them stuck, which I'm sure we'll talk about today.

Like my big three today, my main three income streams are digital products.

And I can explain what that means.

Real estate, I'm gonna use that just as an overarching bucket, even though I do a lot of things in real estate.

And then my personal finance brand, if you will, which houses my book, my podcast, my social media, all that stuff.

So I went from having like 30 plus side hustles in totality over 20 at one time, but 30 plus over the span of my career of my journey.

And now I kind of have just like three main side hustles slash businesses that I focus on.

Yeah.

So let's start with the digital products because that's something to where it's kind of a hot topic.

If you go on Instagram, you know, there's all these influencers trying to be able to sell products and promote Amazon things.

And it's you just see it everywhere.

So talk about what you were actually selling on the digital products and break down what that actually looks like.
