One of my other really well-performing reels on social media is, one, how to know if you're a sub, and then at the end of the video I say, "Well, you're still watching, aren't you?" And then two is if you enjoy fitness classes, you enjoy being told what to do, you're a sub, which usually sub or switch.
Very rarely do you find doms, but you can 'cause I like fitness classes because sometimes I'm just, "Somebody else plan this workout for me."
