Ben Wa balls

Do you advocate for, like, the Ben Wa balls and, uh, there's a new thing, I saw it the other day, it's like a, it looks like a dog toy with a tail, to be honest.

So those are strengthening, because in order to hold a Ben Wa ball in, or those are pelvic weights, um, I'm guessing is kind of what you're talking about, kind of looks like a little mouse.

And it helps with bladder leakage too, so a lot of women when they squat or when they deadlift and they get into higher weights, they wind up with bladder leakage, especially if they've had kids.

And squatting with a butt plug or f- for women, squatting with BENWA balls in, keeping them up there-

Would they be naturally better at keeping those BENWA balls up there?

Not necessarily, because when something is tight, it is usually weak.
