I think I think the first that really struck me was talking about how there's no checklist for good leadership.

And when someone comes to you, of course, you can share information, but it's a totally different thing to take that knowledge and to go and for someone to really engage in that information and turn it into their own leadership practice.

And it's such a valuable point that you bring up about finding these good mentors who are willing to just selflessly give us, you know, these masterclasses right on the side where we learn so much and finding the ideal mentor is so valuable.

Sometimes you can learn more from, you know, five hours next to one mentor than you can from an entire year with

If you have, if someone's out there right now and they don't have a mentor, you know, and they really wanted one, you know, aside from reaching out to you or me and saying, Hey, you know, what information, cause we're great.

I think reading and listening is always an awesome place to start, but what would you tell them on how to find a good mentor?

So mentors for women, because it's also true that sometimes we find a gap in the rooms we are in discussing about women and men.

Another thing that I recently experienced and I think is very valuable is to attend events.

So I think it's a lot underrated about the value to go to event just as an attendee, you don't need to to have the aim to speak or do something much.

So you can start to have an exchange about what you are living at your life, at your workplace.

And sometimes you can understand that, the struggles you have are the same for a lot of people.
