Well, Mindflow is a new charity and it's a charity that I've started with a friend of mine.

Well, we launched it about 18 months ago, but it's been about six or seven years in the making.

How it started was my friend, a guy called Phil Brown, and his business is called Causeway Technologies, and he is an Evertonian, big Evertonian, same age as me.

And he wanted to wear the number seven shirt when he was watching Everton way back in the day.

Anyway, he's built up a big business, which is digital technology and construction, which basically leads you into the topic of construction.

He discovered in 2019 by listening to Radio 5 Live, or was it? Two construction workers, two male construction workers, were taking their own lives.

And Phil and I had been talking to each other for about a year at that time, because he helped make the film about Howard Kendall's team.

And he knew that I was very interested in writing stuff about winning mentality, mentality stuff.

I came back within two weeks of that conversation because we committed to each other what we'll do.

But we're going to join the dots between construction, mental health and football.
