Getting to the point where their preparation and their rest and recovery and the opportunity and the difficulty level is equal to whatever skill they're being required.

Flow state comes from where you have, you know, your skill of doing basic arithmetic juxtaposed against the challenge of balancing your checkbook, let's say.

Right? You're having to deal with physics and calcul- calculus equations, which use basic arithmetic, but it's, there's more to it than that.

So white mind is really about getting the challenge and the skill to be at the level, and I think you were talking about preparation.

I had, unfortunately, a funeral that I attended yesterday, and I prepared a eulogy.

[chuckles] It was a much bigger funeral with a much bigger audience than would just be open to anybody that wanted to share.

But I didn't wanna show up to a friend's funeral and not have, have the skill of being able to speak in public and not have the preparation to go along with it, in order to reduce the, the challenge and make it possible for me to do it.

Let's do it." What she was expressing was she, she was saying, "I don't know that I..." This is her saying, "I don't know that I could ever do what you do, because l- even right now as we are talking, I'm thinking about the fact that I need to go to Costco aft- right after service-

... and that I need to, and, and that my kids need to go to the, you know, the dentist and that the car was acting screwy on the way here, and, and I've got my grocery..." Like she said that she didn't feel comfortable if she were in the position to where she was called upon to be able to communicate or to be able to be, you know, put in front of other people and s- and speak for that moment because there was just so much going on in her head that, uh, she would say, she would have to say, "No, I don't think I could...

I don't think I'm the person for you to call upon because I don't know that I would be prepa...
