so let's let's again highlight this fact that in women uh testosterone is literally the hormone nobody checks for those of you like myself who may have been doing this for a long time it's so weird you know i live in this weird bubble where you know i check testosterone in all my female patients all my colleagues all my students within hrt university we all check testosterone it's like totally commonplace in fact and i just think now in my own bubble.

But man, oh man, I'll tell you, I was just recently at an OB-GYN clinic office with my wife.

Once you step into those facilities and clinics, it's just so apparent that testosterone especially is not considered or talked about ever.

So now we start seeing providers ordering the test, the total testosterone, They see the number, they decide if it's fine or not, and either reassure the patient that it's fine or just start them on therapy.

And it's the same old 200 milligram per ml once a week, and they get an aromatase inhibitor or an AI.

And I'm telling you, a very meaningful percentage of their treatment decisions are working off a very incomplete picture.
