What is it that you want to be known for as a company? What makes you great? What are your resources that

stand out? If you've got a lot of bodies in the background, then you shouldn't be highly regarded as a high performer because again, you can't tell me this person is great at their job, but their leadership

People are spending more time with you than they do their loved ones, and they should feel comfortable showing up to work every day and not have to work for a bully.
