You know, we used to train at CrossFit every night together and I knew you were in the army, but I was way more interested in the awesome adventures you'd always get yourself into.

So I'm really excited for this chat because you've done some cool stuff and you're on a very exciting mission right now.

I'm going to talk about that pathway as to how I found that because I probably didn't have that kind of life, that adventuring lifestyle whilst I was in the military.

I think my mum has shown me pictures of when I was maybe six months old of not in a crib but in bed with the dog.

so that adventuring lifestyle probably came as a result of the challenges I faced after after leaving the military and you know ex-professional athletes or soldiers um leaving the military probably resonate with that about how how I transitioned and who I was transitioning into and I got really lost for a period of time and all the challenges around that but that then I found that adventuring lifestyle as you've as you've said
