Right here, I'm gonna walk you through the top four and we're gonna rate these on a scale of high scalability and high speed.

So the first one that we're gonna talk about is the one that pretty much all practices rely on and that is going to be obviously referrals.

Now, when I say high speed, what I mean by that is you can simply ask existing patients for a friend, family referral, and those patients typically can come in very quickly with high trust.

There's little sales resistance, and that's a very quick way to bring in more patients.

Now, you're probably already doing that in some way, shape, or form, but the problem with referrals is it's not a business model.

But if you rely on the cherry on top, then you simply don't have the pie to begin with.

Can you reliably tell me how many new patients will be coming in next month and the months after if you're relying predominantly on referrals? And if the answer is no, then you have no way of knowing And if you don't know and you can't predict that, then there's a couple problems with this.

Typically, you know, I've worked with thousands of practices with this type of issue.

That's pretty much as far as you're going to grow, you know, obviously other factors involved, but a lot of times you're not growing to 10 million plus relying on referrals alone.

I'm not saying referrals shouldn't still be part of the mix, but relying on them alone is just not going to help you scale.

And it's a very volatile type of business model if you even want to call it a business model to rely on.

So the danger in addition to that is that you can't hire other practitioners or team members because you can't forecast what growth of your business is going to look like.

And that's a very dangerous place to be in because essentially you don't have a business, right? You have a service that people like and they talk about and that's it.

And that's fine if you want to stay there, but if you want a better engine to produce patients, then keep watching because I'm going to show you exactly how to do that.

So right now, you probably have hundreds of patients that are sitting on some type of CRM or ERM or database.
