**What if the thing keeping you stuck isn't what happened to you, but what you're still holding on to?** Let's explore what it really means to let go of past pain, disappointments, and expectations…
I can relate to you, Sandra.
Maybe not on this particular subject, but I'm talking about the feeling comfortable talking about your wounds.
It's no secret, I talk about this all the time, that I've been involved in toxic relationships, with an S, right? Dealt with a lot of unhealed childhood wounds that I had to heal, and I'm continuously healing.
And when I get interviewed on podcasts or whatnot, or even books that I write, sharing my story, it's not easy.
I also get emotional.
Just the other day I think I shared a video with you where I was a guest on a podcast and I got emotional.
And I've been doing this healing work for quite some time, but you never know when it's gonna hit you.
And it's okay that it hits you.
It doesn't mean that you're weak, it doesn't mean that you still have the emotional charge of the trauma.
It just means that-
... you're human.
Exactly.
Thank you.
You took the word right out of my mouth.
We're just human at the end of the day, and we're feeling these emotions and it can happen at any moment.
We don't know when it's gonna happen.
Or, or, or what, what triggers it.
Anything can, right?
So thank you.
