Looking at 2024's cash position and the burn rate, what key milestones should shareholders be watching for that could drive value creation in the near term?
Well, as mentioned earlier, 2024 there, I would say earlier in the year was somewhat challenging to raise financing.
And we've seen that become, flow better, become somewhat easier as there has been an increase in interest in Khalidi.
There have been a number of of analysts that have put very favorable buy ratings and buy targets of $10 a share, et cetera.
And so that has created interest with volume and also volume increase and share price increase.

And I think starting of November last year, the company recently secured approximately $9.5 million through a registered direct offering at a dollar per share, along with Series E and F warrants.

Now, could you break down how this capital raise fits into your broader funding strategy and why this particular structure? Why was this chosen over the other financing options?
Well, this was chosen in concert with our investors as well as our investment banker, Ladenberg.
And then shortly on the heels of that, we saw a great benefit in interest in Khalidi and a dramatic increase in our volume and a nice lift in our share price.
And One of the things that I've heard regularly is the best time to raise money is when you can raise money in an economic way.
And so that led into the additional raise that we announced of seven and a half million in the middle of November.
And then on the heels of that, because of our share performance, We actually had another two million in warrant exercises.
And so that really in the past 30 to 45 days has allowed us to bring in a total of eleven and a half million dollars.
And so that in conjunction with some of the efforts that we've made to cut costs, gives us strong funding into the summertime frame.
So that will allow us to move forward in these various clinical trial initiatives, see the readouts.
And as those readouts become public, and available, we're confident that that will provide further boost to our investors, boost to our share price and volume.

So with the new capital earmarked for working capital, general corporate purposes and trials, can you provide more granular detail on how these funds will be allocated across your pipeline priorities? Specifically, which preclinical or clinical programs will see accelerated development?
We're also confident that we'll see some additional funding in the new year as we make progress, IND approval, for example, that there could be the possibility of an additional 8 million to 9 million from CIRM to fund that clinical trial effort.
The efforts that have occurred at City of Hope, for example, in NeuroNova, And I mentioned readouts coming and I should say updates coming in the new year.
