So today, Heidi and I are reviewing what we learned from Kelly Hansen and Tim Rieman.

Kelly is the senior vice president of people and culture for VEIT Company, and Tim Rieman is the president of VEIT.

Together the two of those people have overseen amazing growth in the last five years, and the reason why we invited them to be our speaker today is because the thought of the day at the breakfast was this idea of pluralism, thinking about leadership as not an individual endeavor, but how well people meld together and get along and create something special together.

So Heidi, you've been at the Good Leadership Breakfast before, so always, there's always a set of listeners who listen to this podcast because of our speakers, and they will have not have been at the breakfast.

So in your own words, would you describe, you know, what your experience was like today?

Today was our 123rd episode, and over the years it's evolved into, um, a, a forum for thought leadership, for research, and today's breakfast went deeper into the research we did on the pathway to healthy accountability.

They've been using good leadership coaches, not me, on this, their particular work, and I think there's a lot that they've learned about positive role modeling and about pluralism and how to help people be accountable in ways that feel healthy.
