Then for women in your forties, what I love so much is that you have hydrostatic pressure in the water, which holds you gently.

So another point is that I'm not sure if you know, in 2014, there was a neuroscientist called Wallace J. Nichols who came up with something called the blue mind theory.

And they say when we're near the water, before we even do exercise in the water, it alters our brain chemistry because the blue mind theory means that your dopamine and serotonin levels go up and your cortisol and adrenaline levels go down.
