Women Coaching Men’s Football: Marie-Louise Eta and Football’s Gender Debate ft. Claire-Marie Roberts

Francesco, how are you doing today? I'm all right.

I'm okay.

How are you? Not too bad.

Have you been watching much of the World Cup?

Not so much because obviously my team is not qualified.

But there have been some nice stories.

I've been picking teams and supporting them.

But, you know, time is not great for us in Europe.

And there are a few, should we call them football problems, that make us a bit uncomfortable that we spoke about in

the previous episode.

But some of the

games have been really good and found a few underdogs to cheer for.

So, yeah, it's been good.

How about yourself? I mean, yes, I know Italy didn't qualify, but Scotland's in the mix and you are, you know, a former Scottish resident.

Guy, by the time this goes out, Scotland might be home.

I just realised.

Good point.

I was keeping it vague.

But you're right to talk about the underdogs.

The underdogs that we've been enjoying have been Cabo Verde, haven't they? And I feel particularly pleased about them because we do have an episode about them.

We've learned quite a bit about the history and the politics of that place.

So if you haven't listened to it, go and check it out.
