"Roster" Preview: 10 Big Questions About YOUR 2026 Hoyas

So I think what we're going to do for our preview pods is we're going to start today with a little bit of a roster preview.

And we're going to do this slightly differently than we did last season.

Instead of going down the list of every guy on the roster, I've got 10 big questions that I'm going to put to Jake that I think are...

The biggest questions coming into the season.

In part, I don't want to go down the list of everybody because there's some guys on the roster that may or may not be on the roster.

We're going to talk about all that.

We're going to talk it through and run through what this team looks like.

For those of you who have not kept up with the offseason transfer portal eligibility nonsense, which I cannot blame you if you didn't.

Then we'll do a follow up probably next week or the week after after the Wake Forest exhibition game to get a better sense of what this team looks like.

And then we'll dive in on schedule stuff.

We'll do a non-conference preview.

We'll do a conference preview and then basketball will be upon us.

So exciting time.

It is year four of the Cooley era.

It is put up or shut up time, however you want to look at it, I think.

They are coming off of a 16-18 season last year, 6-14 in Big East play.

Really an overarching kind of like disappointing season, obviously, across the board.

Just never really came together.

Salvaged a little bit by two wins in the Big East tournament.

I mean, that's kind of what we're holding on to this season.

at this point, but year four is tournament or bust, right? Particularly with the tournament field expanded.
