The reason I've chose Solzhenitsyn is I interviewed Professor Matthias Desmet, who originally was ideally going to come here, couldn't make it.

He said Solzhenitsyn and the Gulag referred to a quiet power that himself and a minority of people in the Gulag achieved.

When people were murdered for a piece of bread in their bag in the middle of the night and all this horror was going on and the tyranny they were under, they achieved a quiet power.

They found a stoical kind of sense of peace and they all networked together and maintained that as a group.

And what I'm going to touch on today are ways to approach that quiet power.

So for my own part, again, like I said, in the diet, experience is important.

I've done six courses with ecology, applied psychology in Scotland.

I'm going for a master of applied psychology by the end of the year, hopefully.

But to give an idea, the current module I'm doing is 272 kind of sub modules, each with a slide.

So I can't cover this topic here, but I hope to give you a glimpse through a window into what's possible, and hopefully you'll be motivated to follow up further with this.
