Miami Dolphins, Fantasy Football & Game-Day Food | F3 Podcast Episode 2

First, we want to go through your team.

Your team's ready, right? We are so ready.

I am so ready.

You are so ready? Yeah.

You are going to, there's a preacher that you're about to put to shame pretty quick.

And there's a whole bunch of other people on this fantasy football team of yours that you deal with every year.

Yes, this is true.

So what we're referring to is my fantasy football team.

Obviously, everybody has their own style.

And we talked a little bit about that in the last podcast and how they draft and how the actual league is designed.

But my specific one, I am one, I should say the only girl out of the 10 in our draft and in our league.

And I'm also the only one who lives outside of the main city where everybody else is.

So on draft day, which took place a few days ago before the season started, I was the only one that was kind of drafting remotely.

So I still feel like, you know, last year came in second.

I'm going to keep on that little ego boost and say, although I didn't do very well today, I think I drafted pretty well overall.

Alright, so there's some turn.

How did you do today as an overall? Are we still waiting on some final games? We are

still waiting on some final games.

I've got a couple of players in the Monday night game tomorrow night.

It's not looking bright, but it is the first week of the season.

I thought I did really well and I did follow my own advice this year.

I picked a couple of quarterbacks pretty early on.

So I, you know, did okay.

I picked Joe Burrow and he, I'm going to just say it, he kind of disappointed me.

today I picked him last year as well because I know he is a pretty good quarterback he got injured I thought okay my luck's changing I'm gonna go with him again and yet he only got me six and a half points so you know thanks for nothing Joe Burrow thanks for nothing Joe Burrow nothing but I did take Jalen Hurts and he had a really good game well not a great game but he had a good game I would say on Friday night they brought the NFL to Brazil part of their international games and he did pretty So hopefully I've got George Kittle as my tight end on the Monday night game and he'll get me a couple more points.
