So Crowder on the Clancy juror.

Now, this is interesting.

So this Clancy juror is making her rounds and tours, like I told you they would.

And she's kind of putting herself in an interesting pickle.

Because she's openly admitting that the jury was tainted.

Now, beyond a reasonable doubt is designed to ensure that somebody's guilt is completely 100% certain based upon the reasonable doubt clause, which says that if any reasonable person would find based upon the evidence that this person could possibly not have done the crime, you must find them innocent.

or at least have to go ahead and consider what they're being charged with as an incorrect assignment of burden for whatever crime they did or did not commit.

So by going and saying, well, we did this because we were challenged as women to carry the torch for feminism, that's not reasonable doubt.

That is, you are using your political ideology to make a political statement through the court systems.

And this could have some very serious blowback.

and ultimately could lead to the state prosecutor using this.

These jurors will not be held to any standard, of course.

They're not going to arrest the jurors for this.

But in the next trial that the state brings, they will sequester the jury.

They will absolutely isolate the jury.

They may even relocate the trial to a place and ask for a relocation of the trial due to the fact of the location that they're in, may not have enough jurors who are not aware of what took place.

This is giving the prosecution a slam dunk with all of this information, and it's really helping them to appeal for a jurisdictional move.
