talk a little bit more about that program, because I'm sure you're focusing a ton on, obviously, metabolic health, metaflammation, things like that.

But talk a little bit about more your approach and what's your ideal patient and what are you looking at from, you know, globally?

So, yeah, so, I mean, I think I was talking to the gentleman who helps with the marketing side where years ago we were trying to come up with a frame, like, of the things that the fitness side really resonated with me.

I mean, I do have like a few high-level athletes who do like powerlifting and jiu-jitsu, but most of my clients are just, you know, average, you know, gal and girl like you and I, you know, and they're, all ages, but typically 40s, 50s, and 60s, just, you know, the ladies are like, I just want to lose some weight and feel better, have better sex.

And the guys that want to lose the belly, have better sex and get to put on some muscle and perform better in the boardroom, the bedroom, the track, the field.

So it's just, how can I make you perform better in all areas of life? And my mantra is kind of like the, what I call the live to give approach.

I want people to feel good about themselves so they can give back to other people, be a better person.

If I make you feel better, hopefully you'll pass it forward, make somebody else feel better.

So that's kind of my, I don't know, my humanitarian, philanthropic approach, I guess.
