The very first foods that you should start your baby on, right? And so hopefully your child was or is breastfed, because that's so important for brain and body health.
And then when they get to be four or five or six months old, then all the experts out there recommend that you start adding rice cereal or oatmeal cereal or wheat cereal to the formula, right? So, so far your baby is months old and has had only a vegan diet, right? Unless you're breastfeeding.
Then when they get a little older, we're going to start to add in organic strained carrots.
We're going to start to add in completely all natural bananas to their diet, then some strained squash.
And then when they get a little older and get a few teeth, we're gonna start to give them the little puff treats, right? Because they're advertised.
And so they're eating all of this food, but did you notice in this list, and these are the most common baby foods and foods for young children, what's absent in this list? meat, meat that human beings have been eating for over 200,000 years.
Indeed, the paleoanthropological research shows that most often when a baby was weaned from the breast, because there was no formula back then, the very first food they were introduced to was meat, was organs, was fatty meat.
And we can tell this by the stable isotope analysis of their baby teeth, which we have found.
And we can actually analyze that and tell what were the first foods this baby was exposed to.
So I would encourage you right now to take a look with fresh eyes at your child's diet or the diet of any child whom you care about and make sure they're not an accidental vegan.
And there is a long list of vital required nutrients that they just cannot get from this vegan diet, okay? Now, all the ads, all the television shows, the magazine articles, they promote this as a very healthy, nutritionally complete diet for children.
I'm gonna give you a list of the nutrients that they're not getting any of in this diet and why it might matter.
