Shan FrancisHostI am a board-certified dermatologist based in Miami, and I see patients at the University of Miami, where I'm the director of the Skin of Color Division, and I also do clinical research, and I'm also the chief medical advisor for Neutrophil, so I wear many different hats.

Yeah, it seems like it had everything that you needed and really got you interested and really, uh, captivated you to wanna get into that specific field.

I just wonder, though, did you always see yourself as someone who'd just be a dermatologist or did you see yourself leading publicly? How did you evolve into these different roles from just being a dermatologist, going into residency? Can you just walk us through your journey to where you are now?
