Like we had him on the podcast after, well, what is, we still call it the dolphin, eh? But just such a centered human being at such a young age.

That was one of the most impressive things to come out of it, just how grounded he is.

You know, that's the thing, you know, you get, you don't not only get different nationalities, you get different cultures, different languages, and different personas.

So, you know, that, especially in the cycling team, you know, where there's so many of those different circumstances, you know, getting some guys that are grounded, you Um, not only when you're speaking to them, same face to face, but in the most difficult situations, um, makes the job a bit easier, but it's also the job of ours to work out how the individual ticks.

And I think that's, that's another one of the boxes that we're, we're trying to do it.

Uh, Red Bull Boerhan's Growers is, is trying to look at the riders as individuals, instead of trying to make them all jump through the same hoops at the same time, you know?

Simon Knowles, who's a Rusted On legend, he says, one of my two favourite riders of all time.

And then a mutual friend of ours, Darren Turtle Francis Casey, says nationality of the rider for the sponsors needs always helps.

And Turtle's also sent through and he said, listen, I see you doing Alan Piper on the potty tonight.

Can you please give him a shout out because he does a lot for grassroots cycling? And he sent me through some photos of the Alan Piper Future Stars Awards at the Benningo Cycling Club.

There's a couple of the young winners there, and obviously Turtle, he got his mug in with a couple of great snaps.
