The Dead Life with Allison DuBois
Jul 7, 2026 · 50 min · 11 segments
After six weeks in Australia, Allison DuBois is finally ready to talk about what happened behind the scenes while investigating the disappearance of 3-year-old William Tyrrell. Working without police…
So one of the things that we were doing on the Australian tour is we worked three cold cases.
So we were there six weeks and I think we probably had four days of good weather combined.
So it was cold.
You need layers.
It rained.
You barely saw the sun or any blue in the sky.
So we had a little bit of sunshine, but.
Well, and then we got the sunshine
People will be able to tune in to watch the ones that we did live in front of a studio audience.
And it was intense to work them and I had a lot of roadblocks with these cases, and it was fascinating to find out what another country's justice system is like.
And being there, I kind of had the inkling before we went, because I had submitted FOIA requests, the Freedom of Information Act requests for copies of the police reports, and I received zero requests.
So that was disappointing because I've never worked a case without actually having some sort of file to refer to.
And I want to go based on facts, you know, the actual collection of data on the day that the person disappeared or was known to be murdered.
