Luminol is a, basically it's a presumptive test for blood, um, that allows you to, um, it, it luminesces.

It tests positive for blood.

Luminol tests on the garage floor also test positive.

Luminol reacts the same way to blood as it does to bleach.

So based on the patterns that they saw on the garage floor, what they believe is that there was blood that had been cleaned up.
