HOUR 4: We aren't sure who needs to crack down on e-scooters...but somebody needs to.

Uh, let's take you to Pennsylvania, where a routine stop for Pokemon cards turned into a potentially life-changing discovery for a Lancaster County man.

Brian Schmidt, a dad of three, bartender in Lancaster City, was with his kids at Fourth Wall Comics when he bought a single pack of new Marvel trading cards on a whim.

And I was like, "It's in my car." [laughs] And his buddy goes-

What do you think it's worth?

Well, it's obviously gonna be worth a lot because he says he's considering selling the card to help with his children's future.

Sell it.

What if he like, you know, some people, they, they pick something like a-
