This week we've got one of the most fun golf courses in the country and it's Strand Hill in County Sligo.
So my wife is from Sligo and believe it or not, after playing a game of golf in Strand Hill, I actually met my wife.
So Strand Hill is a short enough Lynx golf course.
It's part 70.
And it's like one of those little hidden gems because it's nestled in there between Knock Noray and the Atlantic Ocean.
And when people think Strand Hill, they think of surfing and they think of, you know, having a bite to eat.
And it's got that kind of real surfy vibe.
But it actually has a really, really good golf course in there.
And, you know, it is, I think it's a hidden gem.
Although the first time I played it, I hated it.
But, you know, it does offer an awful lot to people.
From great golfers to just people starting out.
Yeah, I'd love to get stuck into it now and chat to you about it and see what you think.
But it really is.
It's one of those kind of golf courses.
You never really hear it in the same sentence as, you know, Ennis Grone or Ross's Point and that.
But that doesn't mean that, you know, it shouldn't be discussed or sit at the table with them because...
It is a tough little course and it's very, very enjoyable.
That's my kind of take on it.
