And it's really interesting what you said about the last chance saloon, because I think a huge number of people feel that that's what pain management is.

And that isn't what you implied, but that is something that people imply quite often is that There's the kind of real medicine approach.

And from what you said, you've got this very clear picture of, oh, well, I'm not managing incredibly well.

I've had this long term issues, multiple issues from a young age, and then they've progressed and then they've progressed and then they've progressed.

But as the worsening, the deterioration of your mental health, the deterioration of your quality of life, the deterioration of your identity is not being the person that you recognised, that's when that PMP was potentially exceptionally helpful.

And I wonder whether, because people often say, oh, you know, it would be great if I had been offered this earlier.

How do you feel about that? Do you feel you would have been ready for that, say, 10 years earlier?

And I've been asked that question before, and I think the answer, quite honestly, is no.

But I hate to think people have to go through so much to get to that point, for it to be the point.

And my reflection these days is this, whatever it is with the way we work, the person has to be ready for it.
