The thing that I'm always most interested in is like that three month period where you're talking about like, Hey, we just start over with the portfolio and, this is literally something that I, I give this advice to like younger creatives where I'm like, okay, like, yeah, you made some stuff, but like, you gotta like niche into something.

it's advice that I feel like I'm really good at giving, but not necessarily taking myself.

And I think that you are one of the few instances where I've seen of somebody that's really like committed to like, all right, like we found success in other areas, but like, let's commit to this one thing right here.

I don't know if we want to call it like a weight loss diet kind of thing where it's just like a tough thing to do and like stick to.

But like, what was the thing that was like ultimately convincing for you of like, we absolutely have to change right now?

And so my doctor had told me I was in critical condition and I had to do something.

And so it was one of those things, which is actually a lot easier when you know that the only other option is complete implosion.

Because we had lost so much money taking big reaches with some of the work we had done in kids media, trying to like level up and be really good.

And then I found myself kind of not deep in debt, but we just certainly weren't.

And sometimes feet to the fire is the best way to actually accomplish something.

In fact, it's the only way because if you have no other choice, you have to stick your head down and push through.

Something drastic needs to happen to the point where you feel like you just can't look back anymore and you have to keep going.
