But the way that I explain it to people is you basically build everything in a artwork and plumbing and lights and all the things and then you put it together like lego blocks when you get to the site so you can save a ton of time legos yeah it's legos it's legos but the big thing is it's not it's not mobile homes no it's not mobile homes we our family has an adu which we'll talk a little bit about how all that works in a little bit but it's not because it's it's two by six two by four construction it's like the real deal on a foundation so it's financeable that's right which is a big deal that's right so that that's That's my pitch.
