321. Being an Effective Leader in the World

So truth, what have you decided being an effective leader is? So how many of you have decided being a leader is like being the bossy boots or, I mean, even if I'm asking these questions and you're looking at this and you're going, oh, this, this, and this, okay, we can give an answer and give the information of what we've decided being an effective leader is.

But what I would like to get to is, can you choose that? Will you be that? Will you be someone who is a leader in the world, especially where we're at now in the world? It's like, will you be this leader in the world that no, like one of the things for me is know where you're going, know where you're heading.

And it doesn't matter who's willing to go with you.

It's like one of the things Gary Douglas, who's the founder of Access Consciousness, he said quite a while ago that he knew that he had to be willing to go and he had to be willing to go alone.

And I mean, most of you guys know Dane here, co-creator, and it's like, you would think that he would be like, oh, you know, myself and Dane and whoever else, but no, he said, I have to be willing to go.

And I have to be willing to go alone so that I will never, ever, ever hold myself back.

And what I can choose not for anyone.

So how many of you are currently holding yourself back for someone or for something? And everything at that is times a good zillion we destroy and uncreate it.

Right and wrong, good and bad, pock and pot, all nine shorts, boys and beyonds.

Now I can also hear in your heads go, oh yeah, but she doesn't know that I have kids or she doesn't know that I'm just got married or she doesn't know that I got this brand new girlfriend who's just amazing or this brand new boyfriend or I just bought a house.

And that's like, you know, it's like, no, all of those are reasons and justifications for you not truly choosing what it is that you could be choosing.
