You then bought into the email platform because you needed to send emails, so enter Flowdesk or Kit or any of those.

And then, of course, you needed a course platform to host your course on, so you bought into Kajabi.

And then you needed Canva, and then you needed QuickBooks, and then you needed something for contracts.

And now six to 12 months later, you've got $300 to $700 disappearing every single month.

So you can have 12 really powerful tools and still be copy and pasting information between them, forgetting to follow up with leads, manually sending reminders, searching for client info, and really just wondering why the business takes so much of your time.

And this is something that in a future episode, I want to go over how to audit your overhead hours in business, because this is absolutely something that I see no one talking about.

I don't see anyone talking about how long or how much overhead is included in a business.

However, I will say that for every one client hour, you probably have anywhere from three to five, even up to 10 hours of overhead that you can basically just bake into your time.

Do you have 30 extra hours? If you bring on 10 clients and your overhead is three hours per client, do you have 30 extra hours? God forbid it's 10 because that's 100 hours.

Now, this is not to shame anyone or say you're doing it quote unquote wrong because that's not what I believe.

So the thing I want you to understand and get out of this episode is I want you to be able to look at what you're doing in business and start to see where you can trim away the excess to trim away things that you don't necessarily need.

So again, today we're going to talk about, um, tech and we're going to talk about systems.
