DONKEY: 2 School Staffers Caught Stealing Nearly $300K From School Funds For Personal Gain

Fifth goes to two former employees of the International School of Monterey in Seaside, California.

OK, Terry Bumper and Rosa Segura are the names.

They are accused of stealing nearly three hundred thousand dollars from a publicly funded school.

OK, what kind of people? look at resources intended for people who have less than them and decide that they deserve those resources more okay and do you know how they got exposed they got exposed because they ordered something that people say we never have and that's breakfast yes a costco order okay a costco breakfast order is what blew up the whole operation because some people just do too much okay apparently terry bumper the school's food services director placed the order for damn near Fifty nine thousand dollars in eggs, bacon and potatoes.

OK, somebody looked at that bill and said, nope, this doesn't even sound right unless we are feeding the entire state of California.

OK, that suspicious order led to an investigation and police say Terry had allegedly been using school money to buy food for his private catering business, Flavor Food.

To you, okay? Flavor to you was the name of his catering business.

Apparently, the flavor was coming to you, but the bill was going to the school, okay? Authorities say Terry allegedly took nearly 59 grand and was even renting out the school's kitchen.

and pocketing the money, okay? Look, we live in an era where everyone has to have a side hustle, but this isn't a side hustle, this is stealing, okay? Doesn't matter that your stealing has a business plan, it's still stealing, okay? But while investigators were looking into Terry, the school reported another suspected embezzlement involving its chief financial officer, Rosa Segura.

And Rosa allegedly decided to go bigger than Terry because she took more than $238,000, okay? But she was just living life.

She ain't even had no business.

Police say she used the school money to rent luxury hotels and go to restaurants and get massages.

She was at Pilates classes.

She was shopping and even using the money to charge her Tesla.

She got the school district paying the electric bill for her wheels.

Now, investigators say there's no evidence these two were working together, but it's hard for me to believe that two people were allegedly stealing from the same school at the same time and neither knew what the other was doing.

OK, just because two people act like they don't know what's going on doesn't mean it's not going on.

OK, now, for the record, these are allegations.

OK, Terry is pleaded not guilty and everybody deserves due process.

But let's talk about why these folks might go to hell if they don't repent.

OK, that money was supposed to be used for children, kids.

OK, not somebody's catering company, not somebody's massages.

And it reminds me of something we don't discuss enough.

But what I want to say this, some people.

Don't just exploit the system.
