Like today I just – and this is maybe it too was yesterday was the five-year anniversary of my mom's death.

And so maybe that's been like just subtly – you know, like I think your body remembers things like that.

Like after I shared, I like looked back at my post and I saw some stuff and I just bawled.

So I've just been feeling like weepy and just – and I'm like, I don't know if it's me physically.

So I've just been taking my supplements, been trying to sleep better, trying to just take care of myself.

But I will say like actually right before this call, something that made me feel better was – I was like in the back of my mind there were some things that were unspoken.

Just like cutting out these things that aren't on my calendar and I feel a lot less stressed about that.

And I'm just thinking that I might – I made a doctor's appointment for another ultrasound, but I don't know.
