So Joe, as of now, our whole release, our whole launch has happened, which is crazy.

And we talked about in last week's episode, hopefully some of you listeners were at our launch this past Tuesday, it was just two days ago, but we preach life first businesses.

And it's funny because I feel like we talk about it so much, but somebody the other day in the community was like, well, do you practice what you preach? Like, How do you do a life-first business? And I was like, oh, hold my, I don't want to say beer because we're on a, hold my avocado.

Because yes, we absolutely practice our own, I mean, the values of the company are really our values.

So, Joe, I mean, do you want to go first? Do you want me to go first? I just thought we'd share how we each approach our own life first businesses.

And, you know, I do want to make a point that I did not start off doing this, defining the life I wanted to live first.

As consciously as I suggest doing it to other people because I developed that concept in doing this, right? So it wasn't one of those things where I did it the way I would recommend doing it.

But I did definitely start out with a strong feeling that I wanted my life to be a certain way and I didn't want the business to get in the way of that.

Um, so for me, I mean, I was like, I guess what I'm saying is I was very clear on my, my, you know, where I wasn't going to, where I wasn't going to go with, with anything that I was doing.

Working, I thrive in work, but when I've decided that work has to end at a certain time every workday and that weekends are for other stuff, um, So it's as simple as that and also that I want to like the work I'm doing.

I have a pretty simple one, which is I'm going to do the work I love to do, which is this.
