So- So one of the things I remember hearing on your fabulous channel was that in the old days, there were three classes of movers, which is like the military, you know, the warrior, the athlete, and then the everyday

or when you're defending your cities, then, you know, obviously then health and the risk of death might even, you know, be acceptable because you're training for something really serious.

And it's serving us a lot of military and athletic as wellness and everyday care, which it is not.
