We're back, and we're kicking off season FOUR of The Aqua Strength Podcast... This week we talk multi-sport athletes, why recruiting by times alone can miss the full picture, and why more isn't…
It's funny because it's funny because I was having a conversation with with a parent, uh, one of the kids at the gym, their parent, like wasn't even a year ago.
And I was walking in and she kind of pulled me aside and she's like, Hey, like, I want to let you know, um, you know, my son loves coming here.
And she kind of just like kept hyping me up, which I definitely, um, if you, if you know me, like probably don't, I'm confident that what we do is effective and that, that, you know, we're putting something good out there.
Like, and, and she runs her own business and she's like from a business side, like in terms of scalability, are you really focused on online or do you just kind of do it for fun? And that I guess was like one of the bigger perspective shifting moments for me.
Cause I, I know that she's someone that I can absolutely learn from and she's got a lot to teach.
You can work with this many athletes, but do you realize like, it's an unlimited game online.
Like your content, like you can be sharing stuff, sharing your philosophy, sharing all the lessons that you teach in the gym.
But instead of just helping people in the East Bay, you could help people all over the world.
