I'm very curious where you picked up some of those early ideas from, especially those in the book.
Of course, you made famous the opening range breakout trade, the narrow range NR4, NR7.
I've heard it as.

But Toby, if you could, like tell me a little bit about those early days and getting started and writing that book.

I found a way to sell it at the low of the 73, 74 bear market stock market break.

And then they went off the gold peg and it became a volatile, very interesting tradable instrument.

I think they probably did, but they were arcane, a little bit more difficult for somebody who wasn't around the commodity exchanges yet.

I used my scholarship money and I found ways of getting capital through student loans and grants.
