And it's really, to me, not so much about, um, what's the word? Um, I don't know how to put it into words.
It's really about discipline more than it is about, oh, you know, how can you do that every day? How, what makes you motivated? Well, it's not motivation.
After you've been doing this for years, as you know, it becomes your lifestyle.
