I have identified five things that were really key in driving me to working on my business and not in.

Um, it- to me, I see them as, you know, steps, and the first step has to be vision and/or your why, you know.

I enjoyed meeting with clients, right? I just needed, at that time, to delegate the tax prep work, the bookkeeping work.

But I had to have a vision of, what did I wanna do and what did I wanna delegate? And, um, as I went through, you know, the years, as the years went by, I was better and better at articulating the vision of what I wanted to do.

I haven't met with clients for about eight years, and I haven't done sales for about four, five years.

Uh, the cool thing is that when those people in those roles quit, I don't go back to them because I have the structure in place where my leaders step in and take over.

What forced me to delegate was a medical situation where I had daily migraines every single day for a year and a half, and I physically couldn't do all the work.

I could work some, but there were days where I just had to step away from my computer, my screen, and close my eyes.

if that didn't happen, I would k- be in, I would be doing all the work still, meeting with clients.

So the first pillar, the first step is to understand your why and to have a vision of what you want to do.
