I'm not even high on NyQuil right now.

Not even high on NyQuil.

I almost did an edible in Colorado, but then I didn't.

Jessica told me.

I'm not watching them play again.

It is NyQuil.

It is sleep-inducing.

It's bad.

And for two weeks I was drinking.

a large bottle of NyQuil every night and a couple of six packs of beer.

And I had to buy the NyQuil, of course, in different locations because I can't keep going to the same place and buying a large bottle every day.

And anyway, and I hid it in the hamper in the bathroom.

And so I lived in an alcoholic neighborhood at the time, parties in my house every single day, and I'm hiding from them so they wouldn't know how much I'm drinking.

and also hiding my alcohol so they wouldn't get a hold of it because I knew I had to have my own, right? So anyway, the two weeks of that and what would happen is I would pass out before going out and except for that last night and my bottle of NyQuil was gone, the beer was gone and I was still wide awake and I decided to go get a nightcap and went to my nearest favorite bar and ordered a brandy because that's what people ordered for a nightcap.

And I have very little recollection of the rest of the night, except for them trying to kick me out because the bar was closing.

And then being in the back of the squad car and then coming to on the floor of the Orange County Women's Jail.

I'm going

to be doing the same thing with NyQuil right after we end this episode.

Trying to, you know, should I fill the whole cup up? Should I fill the cup up? Anyway, sorry.

The kids basically need to

I take pill form.

I think I'm still on the back end of my NyQuil, my second dose of NyQuil.

I was about to take a nap when you messaged.

Ooh.

And that's not uncommon where... you get a cold and you're really congested you feel like crap and then you start to feel better but you're coughing things out there's a very intelligent sequence that takes place within the body the intelligent sequence that your innate wisdom taking place now imagine all of a sudden your body's trying to get things out it's trying to expel toxins trying to detox get rid of the bad guys they're all dead there's a big battlefield it's a message your body's trying to clean it up And because it's inconvenient for you, you suppress those symptoms.

You take some type of decongestion, you take some type of cough suppressant, what do you got like a NyQuil or something like that.

And all of a sudden you interfere with the way that the body was trying to operate.

Now in the moment, the now moment feels pretty good.
