And it would be, what qualifies as a true worship song? That being, there's a lot of different worship songs out there by different people and different organizations that are more me-centered.

So his question is, what would we, I think the end of it here says, to not select these songs because of the false doctrine and teachings that are associated with them.

We might have to start thinking more in terms of what would be a more helpful worship song.

Because a true worship song would be anything that is exalting our Lord and it's not false in terms of – it doesn't go against what the Bible would say about salvation or who God is.

I don't think he's talking about a song that's not a true worship song because it's saying something wrong.

I think more people these days are worried about modern worship songs Not because it's saying wrong things, but it's maybe not as helpful on a Sunday morning.

So what would you say going into a service if you were picking the music? And maybe you have recently, right? Picking what songs are going to be sung by the congregation.

What's your thought process when you go into selecting those songs for that Sunday morning? Yeah.

I think that churches, it would be wise for churches to allow the song selection decisions be made by elders.

and not by whoever's playing guitar that week or whatever, because I think that the decision is that important.

And so maybe not simply selected, but maybe at least approved by elders, that elders would approve whatever songs would be played that week.
