And so my time is like... it's not that I have too much time, but I'm able to kind of like faff about a little bit more of my time.

And so I'm not as like disciplined about getting the things done when they need to be done.

And, and part of this is just because again, like I'm out of that routine and I'm not training as much and having that anchor of training a little bit every day is really a number one.

And especially if you kind of nail that sweet spot of like, just enough training and not too much that you're really tired, which obviously sometimes has to happen as well, but you just kind of roll along.

And I feel like it's a huge value add to my day to day helps me focus, helps me just really helps me with energy throughout the day.

And like over the last, I don't know, four or five days, I've started to get back in that groove and it's just crazy.

Like, even though it's been 98 degrees here, I've been feeling way better than I was the weeks before.

So yeah, I just kind of wanted to talk about how, how training can have that positive influence on your life.

And I write about this topic a lot and, you know, talk to my athletes about this a lot.

You know, it's over the years, there's, I sort of can, you can sort of see two different types of athletes.

It's like a little bit of like a broad paintbrush, but you see racers and trainers, right? So there's some people who love to race and they're highly motivated by races.

And when they don't, They don't really actually like training that much and they don't really actually train that much.

And they certainly, if they don't have a race on the calendar, they, they float away pretty fast.

They're just, they love the racing aspect and it's a struggle for them to want to train.

And or they just want to be at the race like that's what that's their happy place.
