And it grew and it grew.
Dis-ease.
Yeah, it's interesting because what you described about faking that you're sick, get out of something, I haven't done that in a long time, but I've done that in recovery.
And now I've learned to just speak my truth.
My wife would say, we're going to go to my company Christmas party.
And she works with scientists and engineers and doctors and, you know, smart people.
And I'm at a couple of those, and I'm like, oh, I ate dog food once.
That's a story my youngest said when he was around really smart people.
Yeah.
Oh, yeah.
It's... still in my life today.
Is it still there for you? Yes,
very much.
It's still here.
It's still here and it's not like, it's only quieted by my recovery process and it's only kind of tamed.
I always think about it like a storm brewing inside of me.
It's there.
Some days it's loud.
Some days I wake up with it, dis-ease, just like I woke up with it when I was a kid.
And I woke up with it.
I remember being a kid, waking up and having the feeling and going, oh my God, all day with this? All day? Yeah.
And I started doing things like skipping school and lying and eating a bunch of sugar.
And I was looking for a way to change that early on in my life.
So you
think that you're unconsciously not knowing anything about the dopamine hit or whatever.
And it grew and it grew.
Dis-ease.
