I really wasn't sure about your past.

We've met a few times.

So I'm glad to hear all that information as well.

So we opened up the show.

You all were telling us about what your missions are and what you do.

Just sort of flip that over a little bit.

What's the biggest challenge that you face in trying to meet the goals of your organization each day?

Well, I would say that Gwinnett County has grown so much.

And along with that is a need as well.

So the need has grown just as much as Gwinnett County has.

And so I would say that for us, it's really trying to keep up with the need

and

trying to serve as many people as we can that are in need of just the basics, just food and clothing.

And how do they get out of this situation? So I would say that's our biggest challenge for sure.

You know, I've lived in Gwinnett my whole life, and I think there's some truth to people don't always want to hear the message that you're delivering because I think in some ways that scares them about the community they might live in as far as the way, you know, like you said, Gwinnett has changed a lot.

That doesn't mean that it's changed for the worse.

It means that it's changed.

It's changed in numbers which create issues that may or may not have been present before Gwinnett.

But have you had that issue with people going, I don't really want to talk about homelessness or people not having food or whatever it might be? Do you have any of that?

I've experienced people feeling uncomfortable about it for sure.

But I think overwhelmingly it's the other way.
