But we had the downtown fall festival here in Overland Park yesterday, yesterday being Saturday as we record, and Friday night, and I just knew he was going to be on his perch there.
On his perch, on his porch, you know? Mm-hmm.
Just, once again, engaging with anybody that's going to walk by, right? And it's...
It's that time of year.
We're removed enough, our street is, from downtown Overland Park that typically there's very few cars parked on the street, right? It only takes like a block or two before you're going to have people parked on your block because they're trying to get to downtown Overland Park.
And it's like, well, it's only like an extra 30 feet.
You should start a little bit further east, guys, when you're parking.
Yeah.
And they find us, you know, for this.
But then once you get people parking on both sides of the street, it basically becomes a one-way street,
you know? Yeah.
Yeah.
And I think they're going to have to
ask.
I
mean, they dropped $36 million on this farmer's market renovation.
That's incredible.
Yeah.
Yeah, I would say they've tripled or maybe quadrupled this space where they can have vendors.
It's fantastic.
But, you know, they're putting up more and more apartment complexes around the area, so it's just going to get more and more city-like around here.
And there's been some long timers, you know, like...
It's been a decent bit of effort.
There's been a lot of gentrification, I can tell.
