As is this beer.
It's lovely.
It's very, very pale.
It's a solid block of colour, though I can't see anything through it.
And it's double dry hopped and it has got a big nose, but the nose doesn't give much away of the flavour.
A little bit of sort of slightly more a bit of mango but like a bitter sort of nose i did think the flavor text did save a little bit of spice so maybe that's coming through on the nose a little bit more definitely with a little bit in it that's probably come out of the bottom lovely let's get rid of that um so it's It's a bit of a deceptive nose, really, because when you sip it, it's lovely and light, incredibly pillowy.
It's a really soft beer.
It's a touch carbonated.
It's not quite on the flat side, but it's edging more towards that.
And then the very light pineapple kicks in.
which is really refreshing and it's matched by whatever this mango is.
I can tell you it's mango.
I don't know what a quesar mango is, if I'm saying that correctly.
But you then start to get that bit of spice, a little bit of bitterness, maybe a touch of sort of piney bitterness that creeps in.
But it has got that little bit of pepper in as well, which... sits at the back and then just lasts the entire finish with
that
polyness.
So it's just elevating that bitter finish without making it too harsh.
So it's really soft to start with and then it sort of pushes more over into a more bitter kind of IPA finish and it works incredibly well.
Which I think is Not unexpected from left-handed giant, to be fair.
Especially as I haven't had a beer from them for ages.
This is a perfect sort of beer to lean back into from them.
I'm going to pour the rest of it in my glass.
