This week, Taking To You To School with Dr. Tom Prichard focuses on the training of R-Truth. Dr Tom and co-host John Poz take a dive deep into the training and career of R Truth aka Ron Killings…
Definitely looked different, but Really, the controversy around that was kind of Bubba Ray.
On his radio show, Busted Open, with Dave LaGreca, he said that he thought Moxley would come out and apologize to the fans and everybody, I guess, for missing time and not being there.
Don't know if you saw that or heard that, or I don't know what your feelings are on him, quote-unquote, having to apologize to anybody for anything.
My thoughts when I first read the headline that I read the story, and again, this is from my eyes, my perspective, and after a few years of experience around Bubba and Moxley both.
So I'm not sure what Bubba meant when he said he should apologize to the fans for missing time.
That doesn't make any sense to me at all because the best thing that Jon Moxley could have done if he was in a place that could really spiral downhill fast then it was in his best interest not only for his physical health, but his mental health too, to go away and get some help.
And when you come back from getting help, no matter how long a period it is, I know that your raw nerves are exposed and it may not be the best for everyone to step right back in the public eye, the public view where you're exposed to all the negativity.
But at the same time, if you've never walked in someone's shoes, you can't always judge them.
Moxley's an emotional guy, and so is Bubba Ray, no doubt, and I like them both.
But in this instance, I'm not so sure that Bubba was in the right or speaking in a place of knowing and having, knowing everything that was going on.
I mean, all you hear is he went to, John went to rehab and to get his mind back together, you know? And I'm all for that.
