Interview with Chris Reichard | Missouri Congressional District 8 Candidate

And thanks for having me.

So just wanted to start off real quick.

What made you want to continue to serve your community by running for public office?

Well, the easiest explanation was I was tired of waking up angry every day.

The world was on fire, I think, well, it was about mid-December.

I couldn't tell you what the thing was that day, but every single day there was a new issue, the new tariff trade agreement getting torn up.

So it's just watching our country go down the hole, and I don't like seeing that.

So I spent the time in the military Then in the time after that, I've done some activist movement stuff in St. Louis, protecting rights in other ways.

And this just seems the logical step forward to find another way to do it.

Absolutely.
